Pros
You have some great business advisors who have also been tricked into joining this company who you can commiserate with on how bad, negative and mentally draining the environment is. (granted those people are likely not even working there anymore as turnover is constant)
Cons
1. Constant changes to pay and commission structure to ensure you get paid as little as possible, or not at all 2. Constant changes to working hours and days with no discussion or notice - including being told you have to work on public holidays or fear being let go 3. Poor management if any management at all; mind games to put employees against each other - manager talks negatively about CEO and his micromanagement to employees and then turns around and throws employees under the bus 4. You will be expected to achieve impossible targets that make no sense that have never been achieved in at least the past 2 years 5. Turnover speaks for itself; people would rather be jobless in a pandemic than mentally suffer anymore working at this company
