Unhealthy working environment in the office, everything that is going on in the office is recorded and filmed by CEO – it’s a violation of individual rights, they even film and record in the kitchen – it feels like you are under constant pressure all the time even when you are having a lunch and even after coming back home you can not relax because you are already imagining the next day in this “hell”. The owner/ CEO of this company is a really weird and messy person who is not able to come up with the company’s strategy, commission plan, services which company provides, working hours etc. etc. etc. They are hiring new people every month because they fire them every month (that is why do not be excited when you see a new job posting from them it simply means that they did another layoff) – they can hire you and fire in 1 day/1 week/1 month etc. without any explanation. Those people who were not fired left this company, the most common reasons of leaving are unhealthy environment and constant change of a commission plan – to be precise, in most of the cases they just ignore your commission which you honestly earned because of your sales figures. A normal person with a good mental health will not be able to stand this attitude and working environment.
