      Some good staff but that's all

      Cons

      Poor salary with no options for improvement unless you threaten to leave and only if they want to keep you. Expect to be treated like a number, they don't care about individuals. Some managers have no idea and simply delegate then try to micromanage

      I guess I got paid each month

      Cons

      Remote workers genrally get ignored-out of sight=out of mind. Poor employer during covid, wages not topped up, tried to get us all to sign new contracts saying they could lay is off if nessacary.
