Pros

Being a sales rep, there are few things that outweigh the impact of a product that actually works. Eve's product hits the mark for plaintiff firms. It is rare (if ever) that the product isn't being drooled over if the firm takes time to run a pilot. And it's getting better every day, with Eve consistently delivering on their product roadmap timelines. Beyond the product are the people. Eve has done an amazing job of hiring, people here are free to be themselves, and it has made for the best GTM culture I have ever been a part of. Some of the coolest people I've ever worked with, and it starts with leadership. They have set the precedence, they have your back, and the team is thriving. Eve runs awesome events at every conference that people actually want to attend. They are planned, coordinated, and executed well. Traveling with Eve is a huge bonus.

Cons

Some growing pains as the team scales, as expected.

Pros

Fantastic compensation structure. I've worked for 3 start ups prior to joining Eve and none of them can hold a candle to the comp structure that Eve offers. They put their money where their mouth is and as a salesperson, that's all I could ask for. In other words, Eve takes care of their people. Additionally, the founders are a breath of fresh air. They operate with a "been there done that" attitude given their previous success with similar ventures. They are actual engineers and they have a deep understanding of how AI works and which advancements to prioritize as we grow and scale. They have a certain calmness to them and all subsequent leadership hires which bleeds into the team at large and creates a fruitful, fun, yet hard working and relentless culture. It's been a nice change. Lastly, the product works. Customers constantly rave about how much time is saved. There's not one demo I've been on where prospects are not totally impressed with Eve's capabilities.

Cons

There are no territories right now, however the rules of engagement are fair. So if you're cool with open territories and can maintain the proper activity to keep accounts and work them then you will thrive. You definitely need to be an outbound dawg.
