      Super exciting time as the company is innovating and growing rapidly. Extremely thoughtful and supportive management staff. Big emphasis on the importance of employee satisfaction and culture.

      Cons

      We are one block from the beach. Would prefer to be right on the beach.

      Pros

      The company does a great job vetting the the brightest, most talented staff. Wonder group of colleagues to work with. Very open to change for the better. Always looking for windows to take the lead in the category. Genuine, transparent and caring management.

      Cons

      Still settling in on the strongest direction in terms of product. Overlooked by VC's and missed funding opportunities.
