Management is a small clique from a previous company that they formed this business from, paying themselves high wages and everyone else $25 an hour. Management are allowed flexible working but everyone else needs to be in the office doing shifts. Below industry standard pay. If you join in a role that is not supposed to be help desk, you will be made to do help desk. Only one person in the entire business can go on training at a time, so you can wait months before you are allowed a training day (not considering that people are in AU/UK timezones)
