      Great culture, poor renumeration

      Pros

      Fantastic work culture, great benefits, good location

      Cons

      Poor WFH flexibility (needs 2 weeks notice which negates the benefits of WFH), doesn't match market renumeration and requests for renumeration reviews are not received well by senior management. Attitudes from senior management towards employees who have indicated interest in moving beyond the company are unprofessional.

      Loads of work for minimum wage

      Pros

      Good experience for a uni grad who needs real world work experience in order to get a better paying job. Lots of technology to play with Lavish work parties and treats for staff Free merch Training to skill you up with vendor certifications

      Cons

      Management is a small clique from a previous company that they formed this business from, paying themselves high wages and everyone else $25 an hour. Management are allowed flexible working but everyone else needs to be in the office doing shifts. Below industry standard pay. If you join in a role that is not supposed to be help desk, you will be made to do help desk. Only one person in the entire business can go on training at a time, so you can wait months before you are allowed a training day (not considering that people are in AU/UK timezones)

      - Flexible working hours - Strong culture that prides itself on having fun and caring for one another - Everyone in the team cares (a lot!) - Traveling around Aus/the world - Constantly lots of recognition which keeps everyone motivated and having fun

      Cons

      - The Perth office gets better snacks than the Melbourne office
