Pros

Some fun clients, but they aren't always shared.

Cons

What a joke. CTO goes around to each of the team’s standups and talks about how the dev work should go. He had connection issues, but because of lack of leadership, the stability of our product doesn’t seem to matter to our managers. Leadersip doesn’t believe there’s a problem. This company is set up to fail. There are a couple of people in leadership who try and point out issues, but if someone higher up doesn’t like them, we’re told to ignore them and to do things behind people’s backs. Then we are told by our CTO that we shouldn’t work longer hours, but if someone takes a vacation day or holiday, they are contacted repeatedly. We have multiple midnight releases a week and every weekend, which the CTO insists on, (so we can’t have a personal life) where a number of people on different teams are expected to be on call. We get slack, text, and email messages at all hours of the night. Leadership has to work early or late because the CTO doesn’t respect other people’s time. Everything seems to be a priority and people are pushed over and over. Some leaders blame other teams for work we mess up and the CTO goes along with it.
