Pros
401k matching was good when I worked there (they match 100% up to first 3%, then for the next 2% they match half, i.e. if you contribute 5% their total contribution will be 4%)
Cons
There was not much work in my team but there was a lot of stress regarding how the client saw someone talking on the phone in the corridor or walking to a coffee shop. Every other day a new rule about what not to do would come up and there was no written list of those rules.
