ECS is rapidly growing to become a $1 Billion company under the ASGN portfolio. This should provide ample opportunities for career growth and professional development and diversity for the ECS workforce.
Cons
The company seems to be chasing a dream of growth and has lost its identity. The mantra is to grow to a dollar value - and I think we've lost sight of the value we provide to customers.
