Co-workers and Management sincerely want to see you succeed. Training can be a joy and you’ll hear and see things which might surprise you. Extra tasks sometimes happen which will help you understand the machines you teach better and there are several even just within the MHAPS team. Involvement in the development of documentation, building of trainers and other tasks can be very fulfilling.
Cons
Program Management Office is short-handed which can make trying to resolve HR issues slow or difficult. Benefits are best sourced from elsewhere if possible. There is no advancement path. You have two different managers between our customers and our PMO team which may cause some folks confusion.
