      -An extremely flexible schedule -relatively easy work - Not stress inducing - will sponsor for a secret clearance - a good "starter job"

      Cons

      - pay is not great, very difficult to live and work in Northern Virginia on $15 an hour, and there are no raises - Limited upward mobility
