1) Flexibility in work timings
Cons
1) Very bad HR exit policies. You have to mandatory serve for 90 days even if you are not into any project. Also, they will block your 2 months salary when you resign and give you that amount as full and final settlement after 20 days when you leave the company. 2) No work from home policy 3) Very bad,small and filthy canteen in Mumbai office. 4) No long term onsite opportunities in SAP. 5) No projects on latest products by SAP 6) Very bad senior management
