Pros
The team I had was great and the communication is really nice, I liked how we all worked together.
Cons
Management is so disorganized and they don’t really understand how to effectively manage a boutique. Sales will be slower at times, but they strived for us to always be perfect and put so much pressure when we didn’t perform the highest. Their worst enemy is returns, which isn’t our fault, it’s the quality of the clothes and the longevity.
