The company really cares about it's employees. We have great benefits- good choices for medical plans, really strong retirement package, generous paid time off and lots of other things. It's a fast paced, dynamic environment where you get to take ownership for what you do. There is a very clear vision and strategy so you are doing productive work. But at the end of the day, it's my boss and the people I work with that I like the best!
