Pros

The only reason women ever puts up with horrible conditions that exist here is great salary and bennies. Women in this day and age shouldn't have to continue to endure such conditions in order to make a living.

Cons

Was a Lineworker then Supv, both riddle with immature, unprofessional, and inappropriate behavior. I've worked non-traditional trades my entire life never experiencing this type of daily abuse. The patients run the asylum, truly is a shame. There's years to go before moving away from the "Good Ole' Boys Club" mentality. No amount of money is worth the trade-offs of disrespect.

Toxic Chaos

Pros

Getting a paycheck doesn’t qualify as a pro in this environment.

Cons

Internal cliques and harassment of “others” is the name of the game at this company. It is overrun by incompetent, self-serving, narcissistic and, in some cases, completely ignorant buffoons. Are you a hard drinking trainwreck “girl boss” who enjoys gossiping about the very people you’re supposed to inspire? You may become a director! Are you a preppy little man (in both mindset and stature) with a penchant for zipper vests and sexism? Come on down, bro! Please note that scapegoating anyone not in the clique is a non-negotiable part of the job. So, if you can make every single day a special kind of discriminatory hell for anyone NOT like you, Eversource wants you!
