Pros

I love my job as a staff accountant. My group is great, they are very laid back and the work is great. This is all very dependent on what group you are in though. We are currently remote 2 days a week with 3 days in the office. insurance options are great! 401k match just moved up to 6%

Cons

Went from 2 days in the office to 3 days-hoping it doesn't go up more. Communication on how to advance is lacking-need to ask direct questions to get answers

Working 3-4 days from home. Work-life balance is good. Pay is decent. Benefits are good. Healthcare, 401K, HSA, and additional retirement account are provided. Tuition Reimbursement is a plus.

I have no complaints at this time.
