-blatant disrespect to subordinates from senior management
-senior management prejudiced against LGBTQ+
-blames falling OEEs on over worked employees, instead of the failing equipment due 7 day rotation with little maintenance on the machines
-worst communication than a carrier pigeon with no sense of direction.
-senior management seems to care more about their bonuses than the people working under them
-supervisor level and above get bonuses and everyone below get pizza
-terrible schedule
