Pros
Some of the colleagues (10%) are cool.
Cons
I don't really know where to start. During the "transfer" from Sweden and Switzerland some people which I won't name here have this attitude of "look at me, I'm one of the very first people who participated". And they're carrying this as a badge of honor. Some of them even got to management level and all they do is sending e-mails and participating in meetings where nobody bothers to ask them anything. Most of the people here are relatives. Usually most companies say stuff like "we're a family!". Well, in this case they really are a family! Brothers, sisters, wives, husbands, uncles, nephews, sons, daughters, they're pretty much backing each other in front of the higher management. Speaking of the higher management - some of them have worked together at a company called I don't really know where to start. Speaking of the higher management - some of them have worked together at a company called Hyuindai Bulgaria which is now renamed as ELPROM. There's so many points to get across here - the current management was a part of the Process Engineering team and has been promoted. Nobody knows why, though. We're receiving so many customer claims that we cannot even count them properly on a weekly basis. The production operators (the people who assemble our products) are getting written-up by the production manager because they get to their break 1-2-3 minutes earlier or are on their phone because they're waiting on a manufacturing order or materials to come. Hence, they quit. Pretty soon there's going to be nobody to work on the production line. Therefore, the backlog is going to be huge.
