Pros
good place to start your career but all dependent to what studio you're placed in because once you're in it, you're stuck. exposure to very talented architects and engineers. new office redesign is a major improvement.
Cons
worried about new leadership and seems like the company may be going backwards. stagnant design culture, seems like not enough work is being won and layoffs feel like they are always around the corner. lower tier of salary in the area and raises are consistently minimum, even for those who work hard. multiple personalities in high positions that create unprofessional and uncomfortable work environments.
