Pros

What is left of its employee's are fantastic as long as it's not management.

Cons

Key Professionals are discarded without a second thought. Management is clueless, hypocritical, always looking for scape-goats for their bad decisions. Toxic environment does not start to describe the working environment there. Your constantly watching your back. INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEPT that has no clue how to deal with all the management complaints.

Dear sender, Your experience at Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group was not the one we strive to create for our employees. Over the past few years, in response to new market forces, the Innotech Aviation division has gone from a new aircraft completions centre to an in-service maintenance, interior refurbishment, and aircraft paint provider. This transition had a big impact on our staffing levels. While we did our best to minimize the impact on our employees, we recognize it was very difficult for those affected. As we set a course for growth in the in-service market, our organization is placing greater emphasis on elaborating the corporate vision and better communicating with its valued employees.
