Several of the employees were outstanding.

Many of the employees were not. PMs were faced w/ an impossible pace of priority and staffing changes, unreliable, unqualified teammates, and erratic ownership direction. The engineering, production and general manager had it together, but one of the owners kept changing priorities, firing staff w/o a plan for their workload, misleading customers w/ commitments w/o informing the PM, then poaching resources for his personal pet projects. An impossible environment to meet contract obligations.

Start off at a good pay rate

-Poor management -Hostile work environment -HR does not respond (it’s the owners wife) so nothing is taken seriously -Unfair treatment If you’re looking for a job…this is not the place.
