Company in decline, poor product portfolio, poor upper-level management, new CEO has been there for over 1 year and turn-over has increased dramatically (aside from all the people and territories that have been cut), sales people are not motivated due to all the changes in compensation plans, not a money-making rep job... Look for a pharma sales job somewhere else.
