Small Pharma feel and not too many products to sample

Cons

Can't trust that they are honest with prescriptions counts for IC purposes to reward the reps and not favor certain reps. Management forces people out to bring their own people in. Flagrant favoritism and dishonesty. Valeant hostile takeover has brought in terrible people and managers. Need new products and can't have managed care only be good in NY, NJ and TX. Thank god they got rid of crazy Reynolds but he hired a bunch of his shady colleagues as managers and changed the entire feel of the company to be negative.

Good health benefits Good to get 1 year of pharma sales experience if you don't have any

Cons

Company in decline, poor product portfolio, poor upper-level management, new CEO has been there for over 1 year and turn-over has increased dramatically (aside from all the people and territories that have been cut), sales people are not motivated due to all the changes in compensation plans, not a money-making rep job... Look for a pharma sales job somewhere else.
