Little to no control over bonuses, treated like children, constant threat of losing your job. Certain facts are kept from you until you eventually work them out, such as the incorrect advertised wage of £10 per hour (this is only if you hit certain targets, otherwise it's minimum wage). Complete lack of interest from management - 'put up and shut up' attitude. Staff scared to voice their opinion due to perception given by management that we are all disposable.
