      None what so ever - terrible company

      Cons

      Training is terrible for the position and we were actually told to lie to clients so as to get them to sign up to personal finance, we were basically told "do anything to get them to sign" clients were unaware that we were taking out loans with their details and leaving them to pay a 3rd party finance company!!

      There are options to work flexible hours

      Little to no control over bonuses, treated like children, constant threat of losing your job. Certain facts are kept from you until you eventually work them out, such as the incorrect advertised wage of £10 per hour (this is only if you hit certain targets, otherwise it's minimum wage). Complete lack of interest from management - 'put up and shut up' attitude. Staff scared to voice their opinion due to perception given by management that we are all disposable.
