-Being casual often left you without consistent work.
-Required you to take shifts outside your comfort zone of travel choices and long travel distances.
-Supporting centres and educators at a casual level at times was not appreciated by permanent teams, unless you were placed at a consistant centre, where permanent staff without experience could learn from you.
