I have been working at Expect-a-star as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay, Clean and nice centres to work in.

    Cons

Expected to drive all over the place. End up spending alot of $$ of fuel. Very irregular work hours and no stability.

    Advice to Management

Please do not call me whe I have no availablity on a specific day. please do not bombard me with requests to work 1.5 hours away when I applied for positions in a different area.

I worked at Expect-a-star as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Exciting job, was nice to get out and do something different. Center's that we were sent to were nice and friendly, willing to include you in activities.

    Cons

Irregular working hours. All over the city. You are asked to call in each morning to register your interest to work that day. Sometimes ignored availability requests for the following week.

    Advice to Management

Understand when your workers are available and only call them then. I constantly had calls and e-mails asking me to work on days I had specified I was unable to.
