The culture is friendly and supportive, and if you are a high performer, there are good opportunities for growth within the business. As a product manager, I found that I had a fair amount of autonomy to make decisions and apply my skills in meaningful ways, which made the role both challenging and rewarding.
Cons
The downside is that the company can be quite risk-averse, which creates a lot of red tape, especially when it comes to exploring new technologies like generative AI. Pay tends to be average compared to the market. The business is heavily sales-led, there are frequent shifts in strategy that can sometimes make long-term planning and strategies difficult.
