Pros

If a holidays is on weekeends, they move them to a weekday. Work from home rocks - thats the main reason I'm staying. They give bonus based on performance (only if you a minimum of 3 out of 5). It's hard to get a 4.

Cons

C-Level says they care but honestly they dont. You're just a number. Since I started I've been switched to other Teams. So annoying! No competitive salary. Fired some colleagues and gave them just one week notice. Everything is AI - do they want to replace us? Slow career progression unless you're extroverted.

Pros

Good work-life balance, fair, hybrid. Opportunities if you are in business or sales. Avoid if looking for a technical career.

Cons

Experian publicly advertises that they are a technology company, but operationally if you want to move ahead, in the business and sales area is where you want to be. Very little opportunity for engineers and technical. Experian has become more of a Fintech company in the last 5 years and leaves them vulnerable in bad economies.
