Sr. Management often tries to ensure you are part of the solution ideation rather than simply hand down tasks. - High growth company with incredible opportunity to bring that to the next level in the years ahead - Lots of small soft benefits that all add up to making it an enjoyable environment - The employees at QAS are passionate at finding solutions to problems by all coming together. A great team enivronment exists.
Cons
- Some hints of culture perhaps being lost as QAS matures but it seems leadership tries hard to minimize that. - Think Sr. Management could do a better job of letting the layer below them manage without heavy restrictions. Seems they are trying to change that but still a long way to go.
