Actually i was working with engineer team, our team was building solutions and projects for all unit - ECS in company, this is really amazing and motivation is great! I look a great and solid company with great goals and incredible oportunitty to increase in my carreer! The company is big, solid, amazing and lovely!
Cons
We are in the midst of structuring for growth and with that it demands knowledge and vision from all who walk continuously and safely, in the same direction and gradually but consistently, given that the area of engineering is, my area is of high importance and critical for who cannot grow as continuous and continuous! This is not necessarily bad, on the contrary, with the experience that I have arrived at the moment and with the necessary luggage to act on it!
