Pros

There’s a lot to learn about the organisation, a very nice office, and a great sector to work in.

Cons

No room for growth at all. There’s a sense of care for employees but it’s obvious to me now that this is nothing more than just an act. I was so very disappointed and upset when I started looking for a new role elsewhere. I had high hopes at Experian, but working with them for a few years now, I see that there are no opportunities to move up the ladder. No matter how much they promise it to you. Maybe it was just the part of the organisation that I worked in, but I didn’t feel valued at all, regardless of the late nights that I would spend working away to try and impress management. Despite the dwindling capacity within the team, there is no effort made to make people feel like they want to stay.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear that you felt you learned a lot during your time with us and enjoyed the working environment. We're disappointed to see that you felt there was a lack of growth - we have clear learning programmes and career pathways and regular development conversations are integral to our culture. We pride ourselves on the resources and education that we provide to line managers in this area and a big portion of our internal recruitment in the UK are internal moves/development opportunities and promotions. That said, we appreciate that you were disappointed with your experience. We absolutely don't expect any of our colleagues to work outside of their contracted hours in order to progress, and we also appreciate that the last few months in particular have been difficult and uncertain, but regardless all of our employees should feel valued. If you are happy to share more about your experience with us, we always welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience and we are always open to feedback on how we can further improve. Thank you again for taking the time to leave your comments. -Employee. Engagement Director

Pros

Decent salary & benefits, monthly no internal meeting days

Cons

Friendly reminder that HR does not care about you. They care about staff with seniority, whom they will allow to retaliate despite that being against company policies. Think twice about reporting the higher ups because it will come back to haunt you, guaranteed. Also, AI is the only thing that matters anymore. Watching the volume of once-impressive colleagues become so single and simple minded through constant AI usage is not only disappointing but genuinely alarming. Thinking for oneself is no longer the standard, it seems, and speaking against such unfettered use of AI in all things will get you professionally ostracized.

At the same time, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you raising these concerns. Creating a workplace grounded in respect, fairness, and accountability is essential, and feedback like yours is important as we continue to reflect on how we support our people and reinforce a positive and inclusive environment.
