Thank you for your review. In my first few months here, I have closely seen the HR team’s involvement in putting our “People first” approach into the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on not just listening to our employees through pulse and annual surveys and exit interviews, but we also take note of all other forms of feedback to ensure that Experian is equitable, engaging and rewarding for all. My leadership team and I are personally involved in several such conversations and initiatives, and we work collaboratively with the HR team on these aspects.
