Pros
Good pay and benefits but no loyalty, doesn't matter how hard you work or how smart you are. They manage budgets by reducing headcount. They were ok on letting you work from home at times which is a nice option.
Cons
Poor executive management, resourse cuts used to manage their budget. Hired and fired entire teams in 6 - 8 month period. Executives who aren't well-rounded enough to be in their positions.
