Recent changes in management have made EK an intolerable place to work at. There area few members of the executive team that only look out for themselves and not for the growth of their team(s). These executive team members favor those with their personalities and disregard hard-working employees.
Human resource is a complete joke as they are only looking out for the best interest of the company and not the employees. It's pointless taking an issue to the HR department as nothing will be resolved and you'll only be reprimanded.
Unfortunately, EK has taken a turn for the worse as originally it was an amazing company to work for.
