Pros
Small company so you get to make friends with many coworkers. Partners come in often to speak and give goodies. Very caring and thoughtful COO.
Cons
Office atmosphere seems very cliquey. If you're not close friends with management, you're in for it. Management is temperamental. Little growth opportunities due to small size.
