Disappointed with the work environment! The lack of cooperation is glaring, and there's a tendency among employees to prioritize self-promotion over teamwork. Minor achievements are exaggerated to bolster individual egos rather than benefit the team. Management lacks experience and fails to foster a supportive atmosphere. One-on-one meetings are neglected, and constructive feedback is scarce. This lack of communication leaves employees feeling undervalued and disconnected. Many employees are unhappy with the work environment, resorting to frequent sick days to avoid it altogether. The success of other teams highlights the shortcomings of our own, showcasing the stark difference competent management can make.

Very nice team environment with opportunities to grow.
