Great Coworkers - Only Real positive. Many still continue with Experion because of the relationships they have built here
Cons
1. Compensation and Benefits - The way Experion treats loyalty is unbeleivable. There are employees here working for more than 5 years with very less salary while they hire for junior roles or insignificant roles for exurbent salaries. The more we stay here , the more you get exploited. On top of this , this year appraisals are on hold on a short notice. 2. HR - Nothing much to say, complete joke. Have no clue on whats happening what so ever 3. Office politics - Politics at the highest level. Behind all the smiling faces , there are grudges and personal vandetta. There are people here who pull their ranks and experience from stone ages to avoid being questioned and to avoid accountability.
