There are only cons in this consultancy. They will make you all false promises at the time of joining. They will promise that it's a big company and your job is safe. But suddenly u will come to know that there are no paid leaves, only sick leaves are there which r 12 in a year. Apart from this, no one will bother to answer your queries. No management. If project is over, then they will ask u to complete exit formalities saying it's a process. But they will ask u to stay in home with no salary. Meaning you become jobless and no salary also. This is a pure consultancy which are cheating people. Never join this.
