Can't think of any pros.

Cons

They found me in LinkedIn, then got me a consulting gig. However, I found out later that Experis takes one of the biggest cuts out of most of the agencies. When their rates were cut by the government, they told me I have to take a cut in already low rate or I lose my contract. In the same breath they told me "doesn't mean that we are taking a cut." Then why put all the burden on us?? One time I reached out to them for a document I needed, and they ghosted me for 3 weeks. THREE WEEKS. Very unprofessional.

Pros

1. Great perks of working in advanced tech, specifically the AR/VR field. 2. The client company offers a lot of fun activities. 3. I was able to find a sense of belonging within my team.

Cons

1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment. 2. Micromanagement from leads. 3. Unnecessary drama caused by management. 4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds. 5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
