Pros

They care for their consultants, especially if you are a top biller. Much more check-ins, lunch meetings to review the account and to see how you as a consultant are doing than other firms.

Cons

Largely dependent on the client. Can end up in a situation where you get renewed with very short notice which is a little stressful.

Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

Cons

Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
