Pros

Managers are very open to discuss to any issues but do not have the power to solve those issues.

Cons

Experis charged £2.5 (just a figure) from their client and give employees £1. On the other hand due to these high charges employees are not allowed to do any Overtime although there lots of overtime available from the client side.

Pros

5 Stars for swift and effective communication throughout the on-boarding phase. Only had positive experience so far.

Cons

No disappointing experience with Experis so far.

Pros

Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

Cons

Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
