Pay was direct deposited on time every week

I worked there under contract for 6 months. They did not come to visit us on site even once. They stated that Paperless Employee would send us an email to set up our paystubs/W2. Never received the email and once I told them, it was pretty much "that's your fault, nothing we can do". I never give reviews but I need to warn my fellow consultants to DEFINITELY stay away from this agency. Not sure if its the Manpower affiliation or just horrific Corporate management. I have worked for agencies from Kforce, TEKsys, to the big 5 like Deloitte. This is by far the absolute worst agency to work for. It could be better but they would need to redo their entire structure and fire multiple people. The pay was decent but the health plan sucked. And support? Forget it. Once they have you working for them to bring money in, good luck tying to talk to anyone. Not going to happen. STAY FAR AWAY from this agency.

Pros

1. Great perks of working in advanced tech, specifically the AR/VR field. 2. The client company offers a lot of fun activities. 3. I was able to find a sense of belonging within my team.

Cons

1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment. 2. Micromanagement from leads. 3. Unnecessary drama caused by management. 4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds. 5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
