Work from home and good pay.

Cons

Upper management does not value knowledge and customer service. Quick to fire great technicians that will take the time to do the job correctly and according the client contract expectation. Behind the scenes pressuring of technicians to reduce the quality of the service provided, to turn a higher profit. Technicians with integrity are terminated for providing the service quality described in the client contract instead of cheapening the service with shortcuts, to increase overall profits. I left because I cannot be satisfied with a job that consequences you for doing your job well and honestly.

Cons

Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
