Being led into the ground - Anonymous employee Experis Employee Review

Hands down, bar none, the worst leadership team in the industry. No vision, no strategy and being led by people with zero experience who have no idea how staffing works. Unprofessional, cold, disrespectful and incompetent. There is no opportunity, they have no idea how to address the business, if clients knew how they worked on their reqs, they'd never ever use Experis. They're a staffing company who doesnt prioritize recruiting. They have twice the sales force and cant deliver to their clients. Leadership is driving the entire company into the ground and it get worse daily.
