I have a ton of flexibility in my job and I'm empowered to drive for results. Oh and the pay/commission structure is some of the best I've ever even heard of! 3rd party recruiting and sales isn't for the faint of heart. You gotta have thick skin and be able to easily pivot from one task to another. You have to be ok working with ambiguity and working at a very fast pace. I love working for Experis despite the daily challenges that come with this industry.
