Well, it is bad and can't make companies spend money they don't have. It's called simple business logic. They waste time with the most ridiculous calls and promoting people who shouldn't be promoted to roles of seniority. Monthly sales calls, worthless. Waste of time. Do you want us to sell or be in meetings all day not selling? Regional meetings, are nothing but an opportunity for managers to be on their soap box and create ridiculous meetings where nothing of value is added.
