Pros

Experis is a great company to work with, especially for those looking to grow their careers in a supportive and globally connected environment. The recent leadership changes have brought a fresh perspective, and the new leaders are highly supportive and focused on employee development. One of the biggest strengths of Experis is the opportunity to build a strong book of business with clients. The company offers comprehensive training, especially around solution-based selling, which really helps when engaging with clients and establishing long-term partnerships. Work-life balance is well-respected here, and the culture promotes both professional growth and personal well-being. Leadership is approachable and consistently willing to help team members succeed. Overall, Experis offers a positive and collaborative work environment with great potential for career advancement. Benefits & 401K match is also a big plus not to mention the hybrid schedule.

Cons

The company recently underwent some structural changes, which required a period of adjustment. While the transition was well-managed and leadership was very supportive throughout the changes.
