Explorer Research Response
4yWe, the Management Group at Explorer Research, felt it necessary and urgent to reply to this inaccurate review of our company. This review makes irresponsible claims of discrimination and nepotism as it relates to our company culture and advancement. We take great exception to these statements and stand firmly behind our values, and more importantly, the reality of what is ‘actually’ taking place at Explorer Research.
Over one-third of our employees – that we know of – are a visible minority or have identified themselves as a minority. Our posted ‘Commitment to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion’ is more than a policy … it is a foundational commitment from which we make important decisions that meaningfully affect our company, and most importantly, our people.
Advancement at Explorer is offered based, in part, on our commitment to a more diverse workforce, at every level of our organization. Advancement is also always offered in response to achievement, hard work and loyalty.
We recognize that we are not a perfect company, however, we are working diligently to listen to our employees and to improve. We take all constructive feedback seriously and consistently do what needs to be done to be better. In this case, however, we believe the statements made in this review are factually inaccurate and we feel it is necessary to set the record straight.
